When the intuition goes quiet – reclaiming your inner voice

The other day I ignored my intuition. I was invited to a jam session, which is something I really love. But all day before I didn’t feel like going. Thoughts went around in the head, was wondering what was up. Finally the decision was made to go anyway. The weather was marvelous so I took a long walk to get there. Upon arriving, the place, a beautiful pavilion in a vast park, was empty. No one was there.

The jam session had been postponed and I had missed the information about that. At first, feelings of disappointment arose. Then I relaxed and thanked the intuition that had warned me all day, once again promising to listen inwards and trust what comes up. I sat down and enjoyed the sun, listened to the calming sound of people talking in the park, the birds, the wind. So no harm done, a good time came out of the whole thing.

Still, this was an action going against what a large part of my work revolves around, paying attention and trusting that inner voice, which is so often vastly more intelligent than the conscious mind. Can’t count the times when it has taken me places where I would never have gone without it. So much gained from following the flow, the Tao, of life!

For example, the week before I felt like going in to a second hand shop. My first thought was to find a dress. Once in there I wasn’t excited about the dresses, just glanced through them, but instead I was attracted to the section of scarfs. I rarely buy scarfs, but since my feeling to look at them was so strong, I followed it. There in the back, hidden from view, was a beautiful one which matched my outfit perfectly. And it was on sale.

I know, a small thing, but there was such joy and excitement in it. And my outfit looked so much better with that scarf!

Could tell you so many stories about following the intuition, but I would love you to listen to my latest podcast episode instead. It’s called “When a woman’s intuition goes quiet – reclaiming your inner voice”. In it, I share all from a personal story to methods and a guided meditation to strengthen ones intuition. You can listen to it here, or on Spotify and Apple Music.

You can also download my free guide on the same topic here. It dives further into methods to really listen in to that inner voice, which can take us on such amazing adventures and bring all from success to happiness! Hope that you listen to it today and that it brings you right to where you should be.

Personally I’m going to go on an unplanned adventure in my own city this week, to practice. This is one of the best ways I find, to get into that flow of synchronicity. It’s simple, just take half a day or some hours and walk out your door. Like Bilbo says in The Lord of the Rings, you never know where the road takes you…

Follow your feet and talk to people if you feel like it, asking for directions is a good way to start a conversation. Follow your attention, let it be free and take you forward. Bring a small budget or a little picnic in a backpack so that your body feels safe. Then just go!

On how to step into flow

Flow… We long for it when it’s not there and love it when life flows magically. Stepping into a fluid state is one of the corner pillars of shamanism. It’s about liberating our energy from blockages, allowing us to connect with our entire power.

I truly believe that the pathway to flow mostly lies in self-love. But feeling into what one is passionate about is key if the heart is the door. Compassion with all that comes up when reaching for that inner fluidity is the road that leads to the door. And following ones joy is the mailbox so to speak.

I support women in the process of stepping into flow, I call this process Shift into Power. Each person is unique, but there are some things that we seem to have in common when it comes to blocking our flow. One of them is fear of wild forces that we have within us. The heart is totally wild, it doesn’t like control, and that can be scary. To overcome that fear one can do many things, but a simple practice is to close your eyes and let your mind smile to the heart, until the heart smiles back. That brings the inner flow into a joyful stream which can take you anywhere!

Another fear to overcome is the fear of actually becoming successful, because when stepping in to flow, success often follows. It’s more about the fear of change than anything else. We can be so comfortable with staying in the current state of things, simply because we are used to living life in a certain way. So much can change with success or when you take your current success a step higher. And many are afraid of this, it can be all from “will I have time to just chill out?” to “what if people actually see me?”. Overcoming these fears is tricky, but the first step is to acknowledge that it’s there and to check out what the fear is about for you. A second step can be to make a structured plan on how you will meet the challenges that you are afraid of.

But first and foremost we need to let our wild heart set the rhythm that we dance through life to. Letting the heartbeat be the drum that decides which foot we take the next step with. It’s important to make plans, be structured and letting the mind work out a path, so that it can be at ease. However, when it comes to flow, the heart knows best!

Abolishing hell – a shamanic ritual

I was in a special state of mind about a year ago, followed my intuition and realized that I was asked to perform a ritual to abolish hell. It was at the same time a great feeling arising from within, that this is what I wanted to do. At the same time I saw clearly that hell never existed. It is forbidden according to universal law to create such a place. But just the thought of being sent there is bad enough. It has hurt many.

During three days I performed a ritual abolishing the illusion of hell from this Earth. I found an entrance and simply started to liberate beings from the web of believing to be caught in there. Repeating the phrase “hell never existed, you are free, you are loved”. Much time was spent with soothing and showing love to the beings there, telling fairy tales and speaking softly, guiding them to freedom.

I saw a vision of great hands catching the souls who thought that they were sent to hell and took care of them in various amazing places in the universe. And that this is how it’s been happening all along. But the moment of being sent there was such a strong memory and for some, parts of their souls was stuck in the illusion. Some beings were totally stuck. So I helped liberating these soul parts and beings.

Some of them where also stuck in behaviors from lives that they had lived, and some had turned pretty evil from the experience of the illusion of hell. I had to be very careful and had much help from my guides as well as other beautiful beings. The work took much concentration, afterwards I was pretty tired and needed a long rest.

One of the most beautiful experiences was watching seven beings who chose to walk through the atrocities of the illusion, step by step, liberating themselves like knights in shining armor. It was a great honor to be of assistance to these amazing souls. All I did for them was focusing on the falsity of the illusion and sometimes guiding them to the next step on the way out.

It was so beautiful to see how the universe and the divine force within it immediately forgives. There is no such thing as punishment for what you have done in your life. We all know that bad behavior comes from trauma. Who’s to blame? No one. I’m not saying that we shouldn’t lock people up in prison when they are still alive. But not as a punishment, more as a safety measure and for healing, hopefully becoming good people through the experience through education, therapy and so on. That is the best kind of prison system.

All in all, it was one of the most beautiful rituals that I have ever performed. I will never forget it, it still touches me deeply.

Five ways to strengthen your Yin-power or the Divine Feminine

The Divine Feminine, such an important vibe in all of us. Diving deep into the Yin flow, the Divine Darkness which beams out a ray of light… Being able to move through life agile like a snake, meandering through the wild landscape called life. Circling like the hips of a woman dancing to sexy movement just to, fast like a snake, reach out with the arms and hands in a bolt of decisive energy.

Yin

Yin, traditionally, is associated with the feminine, black, dark, north, water (transformation), passive, moon (weakness and the goddess Changxi), earth, cold, old, even numbers (2,4,6…), valleys, poor, soft. It provides spirit to all things. Yin reaches it’s height of influence with
the winter solstice. It may also be represented by the tiger,
the color orange and a broken line in
the trigrams of the I Ching (or Book of Changes).
So it transform all things in a constant flow of creating spirit, of allowing the unique life force of every being to be born, again and again.

Connecting with the divine feminine

To become one with this force, one has to let go of control, ground oneself and move in a rhythm between slow and fast, dancing between totally relaxed and sudden movements of complete focus. It’s important to connect with ones hips, the sexual organs and the root chakra, as well as the Earth. Here below some steps to take:

  1. Put on slow drum music and move your hips as well as shoulders and arms in the rhythm of the drum. Relax and breathe deeply, going into it, especially the movement of the hips. On one drum beat you then freeze up shortly in the position that your in, just to flow on right afterwards. Repeat as many times as you like.
  2. Go out in nature and find a tree that you like, or chose one of your potted plants at home. Sit with it, imagining to be like it, connected to the Earth. Imagine having roots like it, going into the ground, into the deep, divine, nurturing darkness of the soil within the Earths crust. Further imagine how you are filled with light just like it’s top is filled by the sun. Enjoy the balance that arises out of this within yourself.
  3. Focus on your thoughts. Whatever arises, say “that’s interesting, can you develop that further please?” to your brain. Your brain will hear you, and the thoughts can travel through your system, evolving and growing. By the next thought, do the same, no matter what it is. Continue for 5 minutes per day during a week, and your entire outlook on life can flow more and change to the better.
  4. Lie down on bed with one hand on your heart and one hand on your lower belly, in between your hips. Connect the heart chakra to your second chakra. Enjoy the flow of energy. Possibly a sexual vibe will rise as well. You can use pillows under your elbows to be able to relax your arms during the practice.
  5. Ask the question “how do you/I feel” during your inner conversations as well as interactions with others frequently. Practice for a week to really focus on it, and then it will come naturally.
